What Type of Eater Are You ?
Emotional Eaters
Emotional eaters are people who eat food because of emotions such as stress, worry, loneliness, boredom, frustration, companionship, reward, punishment or any other emotion that is linked to eating food.
Conditioned Eaters
A conditioned eater is a person who overeats food because of early childhood conditioning. Such as the child that was made to feel guilty if they left anything on their plate because of the starving people in other countries. Or the child that was motivated to eat everything on their plate in order to get the desert. Conditioned eaters are in their millions.
Unconscious Eaters
An unconscious eater is an automatic eater who is not aware of their eating behaviour.
For example, a person who is unaware of what they are putting into their mouths, like, for instance
whilst watching a movie and polishing off a huge bag of popcorn or a whole litre of ice cream. The person who is eating continually at work, dipping into a sweet basket on the desk or table and not aware of how much they are actually eating throughout the day.
Whether you are one of the above or perhaps a combination of them, then help is at hand. I combine all my skills and experience to produce a treatment that is tailored to your needs. This can help you to control your weight in the most effortless ways possible.
The treatment combines Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP) which are both individually recognised as highly successful ways of changing people’s behaviours and perceptions.
Imagine the amazing benefits of combining these two powerful techniques. Helping you to quickly and easily change the thoughts and behaviours you currently have about eating and losing weight.
Willpower becomes unnecessary as you just find yourself changing in beneficial ways.
Examples of some of the benefits you can expect;
● Remove your desire to overeat.
● Form a positive self-image.

● Avoid certain foods.
● Produce stronger feelings of inner strength and determination.
● Improve your feel good factor, confidence and positive thinking.
● Reduce your stress levels.
● Love to exercise regularly.
● Occasionally there can be an unconscious reason why you stay fat, possibly by an unresolved past event; uncovering and healing this can help.
If you are fed up with diets and feeling a failiure then now is the time to try a totally new approach. Your eating habits are governed by your unconscious mind, so when you attempt to change them by willpower alone (your conscious mind) then you are doomed to fail.
Hypnosis however deals directly with the unconscious mind and there is no better or easier way of changing your old eating habits and instilling new ones that will lead to a permanant weight loss.
